Harry Potter and foretelling of AI woes?

I was reading a Harry Potter fanfic and realized that the Quick Quotes Quill may be the foretelling of AI hallucinations.

bear with me, think of an AI trying to summarize or paraphrase, or even generate related text, and getting is all messed up. Isn’t that what the quill seem to do? 😁
